MXM
Research chemical
An arylcyclohexamine, dissociative and anaesthetic closely related to methoxetamine, ketamine and PCP. It has seen some popularity among RC users, being advertised as an MXE replacement after its illegalisation in many parts of the world - however, users report a more stimulating experience closer to those caused by PCP and its analogues.

Harm reduction
- This entry comes from the extended library: it is a less-studied substance with fewer independent sources.
- Unknown potency is the main risk with novel substances — start with a fraction of any published figure and never re-dose before the full onset has passed.
- Test with reagents and, where possible, a lab service. Fentanyl and nitazene contamination is not detectable by eye or by reagent alone.
- Avoid using alone, and do not combine with other drugs while you are learning how a new substance affects you.
