Adrafinil
Research chemical
A prodrug to modafinil, this compound is often used to increase wakefulness and alertness. Due to hepatic metabolism it has a slower onset than modafinil and may cause liver damage in excess. Some users have reported acne as an adverse effect. Unregulated in the US.

Harm reduction
- This entry comes from the extended library: it is a less-studied substance with fewer independent sources.
- Unknown potency is the main risk with novel substances — start with a fraction of any published figure and never re-dose before the full onset has passed.
- Test with reagents and, where possible, a lab service. Fentanyl and nitazene contamination is not detectable by eye or by reagent alone.
- Avoid using alone, and do not combine with other drugs while you are learning how a new substance affects you.
