Omberacetam
Supplement
A common nootropic often attributed with temporarily increasing intelligence, concentration, focus and memory recall. Daily use can lead to dependency with withdrawals which make the user feel 'stupid.' Often taken daily in a 'stack' with other nootropics.
Dose and effect data: PsychonautWiki (CC BY-SA 4.0) and TripSit (PolyForm Noncommercial 1.0.0). Prescription or supplement entry — included for interaction checking, not as recreational dose guidance. Less-used substance: fewer independent sources, so treat these numbers with extra caution.

Harm reduction
- Supplements are not risk-free. St John's Wort, 5-HTP, MAO-B and MAO-A inhibitors interact seriously with recreational drugs.
- Never take 5-HTP at the same time as MDMA or other serotonin releasers - the combination is implicated in serotonin syndrome. At most it is used in the days after, and even that is debated.
- Melatonin and L-theanine are sedating; that is fine for sleep but adds to depressant load if you have been drinking.
- Dose information here reflects general-use amounts from the sources, not an endorsement of using them in combination with other drugs.
Identify what you have
Reagent tests show what a substance probably is, not how pure it is or what else is in the mix. Fentanyl and nitazene test strips are the only reliable check for those, and quantitative lab testing is better than both.
