3-MeO-PCP
Dissociative
A potent dissociative often compared to MXE but with a longer duration, much less sedating effects and causing an overall different experience. Users have reported effects as being similar to PCP. Roughtly ten times more potent than 4-MeO-PCP.
Dose and effect data: PsychonautWiki (CC BY-SA 4.0) and TripSit (PolyForm Noncommercial 1.0.0). Less-used substance: fewer independent sources, so treat these numbers with extra caution.

Harm reduction
- Dissociation removes your sense of where your body is. Sit or lie down in a safe, warm place, away from stairs, balconies, bathtubs, roads and open water.
- Never mix dissociatives with alcohol, GHB/GBL, benzodiazepines or opioids - that combination causes respiratory depression and deaths.
- Do not use alone, and do not use in a bathtub or swimming pool at any dose.
- Start with a fraction of the dose you think you need. Control and coordination go before you notice they have gone.
- Frequent use of ketamine and similar drugs causes real bladder and urinary tract damage; early warning signs are pain, frequency and blood in urine.
- Tolerance builds quickly and does not fully reset, which is how people end up at doses that were never safe to begin with.
- Have someone check on you every 15-20 minutes during the peak, especially if you are lying down.
Identify what you have
Reagent tests show what a substance probably is, not how pure it is or what else is in the mix. Fentanyl and nitazene test strips are the only reliable check for those, and quantitative lab testing is better than both.
